Midori Clark Hotel and Casino spearheaded the uniform
ceremony for their Management and Staff on Monday, April 25, 2016 as part of the grand opening preparations and Midori Casino's soft opening the day after.
The team were smartly dressed in their suits and uniforms as they gathered at
the hotel and casino’s main entrance. However, few of them still did not
received their uniforms but that doesn’t stop the team’s cooperation. The
program started with a short prayer by Ms. Yahs Galang from HRD, followed by an
opening remarks from HR Manager Ms. Luv Bondoc.
Briefly after the welcome address, the General Manager Mr.
Vic Chan delivered his short speech. He reminded the team to stand tall and
live to the company’s standards and image. Furthermore, he instilled the sense of ownership to each one
of the team as it directly reflects professionalism. Truly,
in a
world where your economic security is a function of your skills, knowledge and
reputation, it is essential for you to take ownership of your work.

After the departmental presentation, Asst. F&B Outlet Manager Ms. Maricar Tolentino led the statement of company’s mission and vision statements whilst the team loudly delivered.

To cap off the ceremony, GM Vic gave his closing remarks and once again lifted the team’s spirit with his famous “icebreaker” Midori Go! Go! Go!
