Midori Clark Hotel and Casino in their new uniforms.

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino spearheaded the uniform ceremony for their Management and Staff on Monday, April 25, 2016 as part of the grand opening preparations and Midori Casino's soft opening the day after. The team were smartly dressed in their suits and uniforms as they gathered at the hotel and casino’s main entrance. However, few of them still did not received their uniforms but that doesn’t stop the team’s cooperation. The program started with a short prayer by Ms. Yahs Galang from HRD, followed by an opening remarks from HR Manager Ms. Luv Bondoc.

Briefly after the welcome address, the General Manager Mr. Vic Chan delivered his short speech. He reminded the team to stand tall and live to the company’s standards and image. Furthermore, he instilled the sense of ownership to each one of the team as it directly reflects professionalism. Truly, in a world where your economic security is a function of your skills, knowledge and reputation, it is essential for you to take ownership of your work
Midori Clark Hotel and Casino General Manager Mr. Vic Chan asked the team... Are you happy today?

GM asked what are the 3 "must" in Midori which are: must smile, must be good-looking, must work hard! - perfect score Mia!

Thereafter, the Front Office Manager Ms. Melba Florentino expounded how important company uniform is. She quoted the famous saying “don’t judge the book by its cover” that, in reality people usually judge you the way you look and carry yourself. Essentially, wearing of uniforms implies equality as the work force wears the same and shares a feeling of commonness.
