Seoul-ful August~ Toscana Dining features Korean cuisines on Weekend Buffet

Asian and Western cuisines at Midori Clark Hotel and Casino’s weekend buffet.
This August’s flavor of the month is all about K-Food. Savor the flavorful tastes
of Korea as Toscana Dining offers variety of your favorite dishes prepared by
our Korean Kitchen Head Chef Joseph Bulawin. Chef Joseph has mastered his craft
for more than ten years from different hotels specializing in Korean
gastronomies. He will bring his
specialties with the best ingredients.

Executive Western Head Chef,
Marcos Dungca will likewise give some flavorful twists as his team will present
“8 kinds of meat” for a one-of-a-kind Samgyeopsal
indulgent. High quality meat marinated in 8 different flavors, freshly grilled
in front of the guests which allows them to choose according to their
satisfaction. Buffet selections will still include salads, live seafood,
dessert, noodles, dimsum, sushi, soup and sumptuous carving stations.

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino
has partnered with some Korean owned establishments nearby to promote the
month’s buffet theme. Luzon Korean Printing, a local Korean publication offers
ad spaces to promote the hotel and its activities to the Korean market living
in Angeles, Clark and Subic. Whilst, Yami Bulgogi, the newest restaurant in SM
City Clark which offers authentic Korean cuisines supports the hotel by
providing Asian dance performance every Saturday night as well as model wearing
the traditional Korean costume, Hanbok. Guests will also be welcomed by our
Korean on-the-job trainees.
Invite your friends for a
weekend of unlimited food and drinks. Toscana Dining dinner buffet starts from
6 pm to 10 pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and brunch buffet every
Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Weekdays group meals as also available from Monday to Thursday from August to September 2017. The “Family Feast” can serve six people with its 8-course menu for only Php 4,500+, available for dinner only.
“Executive Lunch” is as good as its price, for only Php 599+ per person. Available for lunch meetings or family lunch out.
