Midori Sports Festival 2017 Opening Ceremony


Midori Clark Hotel and Casino had its first ever Midori Sports Festival held at the Midori Annex last August 15, 2017. The companies involved are Midori Hotel, Midori Casino, Eaglesky, Philippine Head Office and Aqua Planet.

All five companies gathered with their respective teams before moving on to the parade. We circled the hotel and casino before proceeding to the Midori Annex, where the opening ceremony will take place. The parade is accompanied by a parade of drummers to increase the motivation and hype of our fellow colleagues.












Upon reaching the Midori Annex, the program was spearheaded by Amira and Krishna from Midori Hotel and Midori Casino respectively. The invocation and singing of the Philippine National Anthem went shortly afterwards. We then acknowledged the presence of our guests of honor. The boss as well as the general managers of all the companies. After all the valued guests have given their speech, they were all given jackets and torches. Once they have lit the torch and the cauldron the Midori Sports Festival 2017 have officially started!

The Midori Sports Festival kicked off with the Ms. Midori Sports Fest competition. Followed by Palarong Panlahi, which surely brought back a lot of memories from our childhood. Overall, we had a lot of fun and the Sports Fest will continue til end of next month with games such as basketball, volleyball and badminton. We hope for a great experience filled with laughter, bonding and sportsmanship.
