Toscana Dining’s Bavarian Feast Awaits Midori Clark Revelers




Celebrate the Oktoberfest at Midori Clark Hotel, as Toscana Dining features Bavarian Feast as theme of the month.

The buffet will feature unlimited beer, pretzels and a lot of mouth-watering Bavarian specialties which are to try whilst along with then international dishes.



Oktoberfest is an ode to the Bavarian origins of the event—a five-day celebration of the marriage of Bavarian crown Prince Ludwig to Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. The royal wedding took place on Oct. 12, 1810.

With this history, Germans we’re able to revel the annual tradition every October. 

Executive Western Chef Marcos Dungca is to serve the iconic Bavarian dishes such as Pork Knuckle, German Pot Roast Beef, Sausages and Pretzels. Different Bavarian stations for the buffet are also to be served, some of the stations are Composed Salad which highlights the Warm German Potato Salad, Bratwurst for the German and Schublig sausages, Lite Bites for the hotdog sandwiches and German Pizza to name a few.





Main dishes includes the classic Fish Roulade, Meat Balls with white sauce and capers, German Style Cabbage Rolls, Broiled Chicken, Shrimps with Green Asparagus and a lot more.


An assortment of German breads like Sour Dough, Rye Bread, Multi Grain and Pretzels.

We briefly talked about the question on what there is to drink on Oktoberfest, Heineken beer is to provide the libations for the guests.
