Known to be heavy, colorful and vibrant, palates will experience the hallmarks of the Mexican cookery with sky-high piles of chili peppers, tortillas, cheese, fresh vegetables and cocktail drinks.



Mexican flavors run the gamut, from the highly complicated to the purely simple. Toscana Dining’s Fiesta Mexicana has various stations which will cover the ends of spectrum.

Choose from the Nibbles and Salad Bar, Heat Lamp Station, Nachos Supreme and Taco Station, Seafood live cooking and a lot more.




Main courses highlights the Mexican gastronomy with the Chicken Fajitas, Mexican Beef Stew, Stuffed Pepper with shrimp tostados, Shrimps with Picco de Gallo, Cheesy Baked Burritos to name a few.





The delicioso cuisine will also feature Mexican drinks such as Horchata and Aqua Fresca and definitely Churros!
