Café Midori offers your Pinoy merienda favorites in a single platter! A must-try Ginataan Bilo-bilo paired with Turon and Special Puto! Ginataan bilo-bilo is enriched with glutinous rice balls, are extra sticky, chewy and the stars of a sweet, light porridge made with sago balls, purple yam, cooked banana, strips of langka, macapuno and lots of coconut milk. 

On the side are specially made Turon or Banana wrapped in spring roll wrapper. This local Filipino dessert made even more special as it is filled with langka strips perfect with the sugary dusted filling and macapuno. Along the Turon is a Special Puto topped with Cheddar Cheese.

Perfectly match drink is the freshly made Buko Pandan juice that comes along with the Pinoy Merienda overly refreshing for a “Siesta Time”.




Pinoy Merienda is available at Café Midori for only P399 net from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  


Simply want a refreshing drink? Here’s another local favorite Filipino drink that will sure make you feel relished. No need to wait for a Fiesta as the Fiesta special drink – Guinumis is featured as the Drink of the Month at Café Midori.


Made with coconut cream, gulaman, pinipig and a vanilla ice-cream which make it even more unique and special.

Guinumis is available for a limited time only at Café Midori for only P150+.  


Complete your “break time” by fueling up with the Cake of the Month – Green Tea Matcha Cheesecake. This limited offering would be a balance from holiday’s overindulging, flavored with Green Tea which make it healthy and detoxifying.
Wrapped in a special white chocolate on the side and topped with French macaroons and some chocolates. This creamy and delicious sweet green tea flavored cake also comes with a crunchy cookie crust.

This cake of the month also provide some benefits that matcha tea gives such as energy, calmness, antioxidants, weight loss, healthy heart, focus and concentration, and healthy skin.
