Choose your favorite Dim Sum

Arriving at the lavish dining venue, you’ll be given a list of the Dim Sum selections. Choices are categorized from Dim Sum, Dumplings, Soup and Dessert. Each Dim Sum is authentic, locally and meticulously prepared by the Midori Chefs having special ingredients.

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino's chef's strongly recommend these three dumplings and dim sums:

                                 Hakaw                              Siomai                        Sharks Fin

First on the list is the Hakaw. Having the right precision to get it right, Midori Clark Hotel and Casino’s Hakaw is the most recommended Dim Sums from our chefs. Made with consistency of the flavor, the shrimp is just cooked right, a wrapper not watered down by the steam - combination of three which results a delicious treat.

Another Midori Clark Hotel and Casino’s staple is the Siomai, made up of ground pork, minced vegetables and a bit of shrimp. Each bite tells a different story which made perfectly complement to any other Chinese dish.

Next on the list, is the Sharks Fin - a traditionally luxury Dim Sum with the used of expensive ingedredients, having it chewy and thick wrapper makes it so good.

Any sauce of your choice

Best paired with every Dim Sums are the sauces, Midori Clark Hotel and Casino's chefs do prepare seasoned sauces perfectly paired for every Dim Sum. It can be a combination of soy sauce, calamansi and chili sauce.  Some sauces are also available just like sweet and sour chili sauce, black vinegar or any requested sauce.

Some like it saltier or spicier. Otherwise, Dim Sum should be well-seasoned on their own. Prefer it strong or light, it's your choice!

Best paired with the Dim Sum

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino's Dim Sum All You Can comes with an unlimited Iced Tea, Soup and definitely Chinese Fried Rice! Wrap up your Dim Sum All You Can experience with the Chinese desserts that comes with the promo. Choose from Mochi, Butchi, Mango Tart and Almond Jelly.

Don’t over order but Eat All You Can

Here’s a tip! On your first order, we recommend for you to choose two of your favorite Dim Sum. It’s better to take small bites rather than eat a whole piece of Dim Sum in one gulp. Fun fact that the flavors are enjoyed more when consumed slowly.  Plus take note that leftovers and takeouts are not allowed to avoid charges.
